Welcome to SuperSlashDeal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuperSlashDeal website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Site").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
To use the Site and purchase products, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with SuperSlashDeal
Be a resident of a country where we provide shipping services
Use the Site in accordance with these Terms
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Account Registration
To purchase products on the Site, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your account password confidential and not share it with others
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Important Notice: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent our one-per-customer policy is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated, and orders being canceled without notice.

3. One-Per-Customer Policy
SuperSlashDeal operates on a strict one-per-customer policy, which means:

Each customer may purchase only one unit of each product we offer
This limit applies across all orders and accounts associated with the same customer
We identify customers based on name, email address, shipping address, payment information, device information, and other identifiers
This policy exists to ensure as many individual customers as possible can benefit from our discounted products. We actively monitor and enforce this policy through various methods.

3.1 Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse any order that appears to violate our one-per-customer policy
Suspend or terminate accounts associated with policy violations
Combine or link multiple accounts that appear to belong to the same customer
Use various technologies and methods to detect attempts to circumvent this policy
3.2 Household Exceptions
In limited circumstances, we may allow multiple purchases within the same household if:

The purchasers can be verified as separate individuals
Each purchaser has their own unique payment method
Prior approval is obtained from our customer service team
Requesting an Exception: If you believe your situation warrants an exception to our one-per-customer policy, please contact our customer service team at support@superslashdeal.com before placing your order. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Orders & Purchases
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the following terms:

4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to:

Accept or decline any order for any reason
Limit quantities of items purchased per person, household, or order
Verify information provided before accepting any order
Cancel any order even after it has been accepted if we suspect fraud, policy violations, or other issues
4.2 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate shipping confirmation email when your order has been accepted and shipped.

4.3 Pricing and Availability
All prices displayed on the Site are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will:

Inform you as soon as possible
Give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled
Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either offer a comparable replacement or cancel your order with a full refund.

4.4 Order Modification or Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you may request modifications or cancellations by contacting our customer service team immediately. However, we process orders quickly, and there is only a short window when changes are possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Payments & Billing
5.1 Payment Methods

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that the payment information you provide is true and accurate.

5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of our payment processors.

5.3 Billing
You agree to pay all charges at the prices listed at the time of your purchase. All payments must be made in full before we ship your order. The total cost of your order will include:

The price of the product(s)
Shipping and handling charges
Any applicable taxes
5.4 Taxes
You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchases. For orders shipped within the United States, we collect sales tax in states where we are required to do so. For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the package reaches your country. These additional charges are your responsibility.

Payment Security: Never share your payment information via email or unsecured channels. SuperSlashDeal will never ask for your complete credit card information via email or phone. All payment transactions occur only on our secure checkout page or through our authorized payment processors.

6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Typical processing time is 1-2 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

United States: 5-10 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
Europe: 10-15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days
Asia: 10-18 business days
Rest of World: 14-21 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal service efficiency, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

6.2 Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions or high fraud rates. If your country is not listed during checkout, we do not currently ship there. We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain products.

6.3 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

6.4 Delivery Issues
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by you.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a local carrier, you may be responsible for reshipping costs or may receive a refund minus the original shipping costs.

6.5 International Shipping
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are your responsibility. We cannot predict these charges, and they vary by country.

Shipping Insurance: All shipments include insurance against loss or damage during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition
In its original packaging
With all accessories and documentation included
7.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

Log into your SuperSlashDeal account
Navigate to "Order History"
Select the order containing the item you wish to return
Click "Return Item" and follow the prompts
You'll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions by email
7.3 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
Change of mind or no longer needed: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Incorrect item received: We cover return shipping costs
7.4 Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. After inspection:

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
You'll receive an email notification when your refund is processed
The funds will be returned to your original payment method
Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank's processing times.

7.5 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Items with missing parts or accessories
Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
Digital products or software that has been downloaded or activated
Warranty Claims: All products come with the original manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims after the 60-day return period, please contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty information provided with your product.

8. Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings and variations. Dimensions and weights provided are approximate. Technical specifications are based on manufacturer information.

If a product you receive differs substantially from its description on the Site, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund in accordance with our return policy.

Product Authenticity: All products sold on SuperSlashDeal are 100% authentic and brand new. We source our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors and provide the original manufacturer's warranty with each purchase.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Site Content
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by SuperSlashDeal, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

Modifying or copying the materials
Using the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site
Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transferring the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
9.3 Trademarks
The SuperSlashDeal name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SuperSlashDeal or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of SuperSlashDeal. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

10. User Content
10.1 User Reviews and Submissions
Our Site may allow you to post reviews, comments, and other content. By providing any content to the Site, you grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

10.2 Content Standards
You agree that any content you submit will not:

Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
Violate the legal rights of others or contain any material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability
Be likely to deceive any person
Promote any illegal activity or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act
Cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
Contain any advertising or promotion for third-party products or services
10.3 Monitoring and Enforcement
We have the right to:

Remove or refuse to post any user content for any reason
Take any action with respect to user content that we deem necessary or appropriate
Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights
Take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site
Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any violation of these Terms
11. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SuperSlashDeal, a SuperSlashDeal employee, another user, or any other person or entity
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm SuperSlashDeal or users of the Site
Additionally, you agree not to:

Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site
Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site
Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site or for any other unauthorized purpose
Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site
Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site
Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site
Violation Consequences: Violation of these prohibited uses may result in termination of your access to the Site, legal action, and/or reporting to law enforcement authorities. We take these matters seriously and will enforce our rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers
12.1 Product Warranties
All products sold on the Site come with the original manufacturer's warranty. The specific warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. We do not offer any additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

12.2 Site Disclaimer
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED ON THE SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE SITE, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUPERSLASHDEAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SUPERSLASHDEAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

SUPERSLASHDEAL DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SITE IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

12.3 Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate product information, technical specifications, pricing, and availability information, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERSLASHDEAL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE;
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE;
ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; AND
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT,
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.

BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SuperSlashDeal, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of these Terms
Your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right

15. Term & Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site, or you may contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

16. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or these Terms shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Delaware, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Dispute Resolution
17.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim against SuperSlashDeal, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@superslashdeal.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or SuperSlashDeal may proceed with filing a formal claim.

17.2 Arbitration Agreement
You and SuperSlashDeal agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Site through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will administer the arbitration under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Delaware or at another location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

17.3 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms will be deemed to waive, preclude, or otherwise limit the right of either party to:

Bring an individual action in small claims court
Pursue enforcement actions through applicable federal, state, or local agencies
Seek injunctive relief in a court of law
File suit in a court of law to address intellectual property infringement claims
17.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND SUPERSLASHDEAL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this dispute resolution section shall be null and void.

17.5 Opt-Out
You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying SuperSlashDeal within 30 days of the date you first agreed to these Terms by emailing us at legal@superslashdeal.com with your name, email address, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

18. Changes to Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

We will provide notice of material changes to these Terms by posting a notice on our homepage or sending an email to the email address associated with your account. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
